What a handsome baby - he couldn't be mistaken for a girl could he?

Love your tree pictures - what magnificent skies you have - they look like mid-summer rather than mid-winter. At least the bulbs are beginning to poke their heads through the very wet soil over here. Next month we'll be seing the snowdrops - lovely - that means that summer's on its way.

As we say, Grant is "growing like a weed". Comme nous le disons, Grant est "de plus en plus comme une mauvaise herbe".

The sky is a deep blue because the air is clean and clear. Since I am on a hill and upwind of the city there is no haze to obscure the sky. Alas, today (Tuesday) we are having an ice storm. The weather here in Oklahoma has more extremes than England. You are surrounded by ocean and are more temperate. We are in the center of the USA and have hotter summers and colder winters.
