Actually, the underside of this bridge reminds me of looking through one of those really old fashioned camers where you stuck your head under the black cloth. From way back when ... 19thC.
The first thing this picture reminded me of was Fountain's Abbey and the cloisters walked by the monks in days gone by. Then you look more closely and realise it's a much more modern construction.
