Signs of Spring

The maple trees in my front yard are starting to bud out. The weather is warming up and I am ready for the world to turn green.

Isn't spring a wonderful time of year? I was driving by one of our parks the other day and the crocuses are just beginning to show a little colour - brilliant.

The first thing to bloom here is a variety of wild plum tree. They are beginning to show flashes of white at the tips of their branches. The earth is coming to life.

Looks promising, but we have more than 1M in Oslo, Norway and its still snowing :-)
