Macro Monday - USNA 1998

Susan's son Paul is spending a few weeks with us.  His current Navy tour of duty in South Korea has ended and he has some time before his next assignment begins.  His wife and children are staying behind until the school term is over.   Paul graduated from the United States Naval Academy in the class of 1998 and proudly wears his class ring.  It is very handsome and a nice subject for Macro Monday.

Wow, lots of details on the ring!

I've heard of the tradition of I had never actually seen a "class ring".

Not too many people can wear a Naval Academy ring. It is something to be very proud of.
