My maple tree is budding and the Mockingbird is singing. Surely Spring can't be too far away.

Please send some of that weather to me. The spring birds are on hold somewhere why we have 18 inches of snow on the ground.
It's nice to hear but hard to believe with all of the snow that's falling right now. I like the picture though.
Great photograph. We've had a few mockingbirds but they haven't sat still long enough for me to get a picture of them.
Lucky you! It's a total whiteout outside tonight.
Beautiful photo...I hope you are right, winter is really topsy turvey on the east coast, it's hard to say when spring will be sprung:)
Oklahoma's weather is anything but predictable. By the first of March we tend to start having milder weather but on the other hand we have had record snow falls in early March. I am hoping for the best.
That's a nice photo. I wonder what colour the buds will be.
Enjoy your weekend.
Cheers.

Hi Bill, I can't believe you're Maple is budding already. Over here in the NW corner there's no signs of spring still. Nice caoture with the birdie too.
I've had a problem with my google translator, I'm searching for a solution. Nice picture of the beauty that the world gives us, trees and animals.
Bye,
Serge
Hello Mockingbird ! I hope that spring will come soon, we have too much snow and rain this year !
Kiss
I envy you - but thank you for sharing such delight :-)
Is this a standard e-blogger template? Which one? I really like the new format. And yes, I am seeing the very first daffodils peaking through the ground along with the robins looking for nest building material. Spring is on the way.
Still miles away here! But thanks for the 'heads-up'. Ha!
Great photo, Gent! I like the way you have framed the mockingbird in the budding tree branches and the blue sky canopy backdrop--truly a picture of the promise of spring.
