Thursday Challenge: Tough - Oklahoma Summer Weather

The high temperature in the City of Tulsa on Wednesday, August 1st was 112 *F.  By 9 PM it was still 100 *F.  So far this summer we have already had 24 days with temperatures above 100, and the hottest part of the summer is ahead of us.  I would say that is TOUGH ENOUGH!

Our Senior Senator Mr. Inhofe has written a book explaining that Global Warning is a myth spread by feeble minded Democrats.   However, some of us are not convinced.

What a difference a continent makes. I have barely had my central heating turned off and regularly use my electric blanket at night AND IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SUMMER!!!

Yours would be way too hot and I'd like much more warmth here - it would be lovely to find somewhere just in the middle. Perhaps perfection is somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic? LOL

Global warming, fact or fiction, it is hot here. Too hot. My fear is that the primary fall color will simply be brown.
