There's an old Yorkshire saying which sums this sort of salon up "more brass than sense". Brass meaning money.
Great capture. This reminds me of the "Scotch Tape Boutique" from the old Saturday Night Live shows. I don't see this being a huge commercial success.
And there are also eyebrow salons. Even as a woman I wonder what they do to you!
