Today is my youngest son Luke's 30th birthday. Luke and his girlfriend Cara came over for dinner. I grilled some nice ribeye steaks and made Luke's favorite curried rice dish. Sue had a nice Red Velvet cake and ice cream. Smokey got some good steak trimmings and would like to have a slice of cake.
Usually when you see a picture of Luke we are eating one of his breakfasts at the Blue Dome Diner. Today it was our turn. Happy Birthday Luke.

To my untrained eye I initially thought, how can it be Luke's girlfriend when he's just got married? Your boys all look alike to the untrained eye so I had to scan your back posts to realise it was David who recently married!!!

Pour le "crèpe myrtle" je ne vois pas trop (même en agrandissant la photo). Ne serait-ce pas une variété de bougainvillées à fleur-double ?

Hey, I taught the boy all he knows about cooking. Actually, he is a better cook than I am. There are three sons, Adam 42, David 40, and Luke 30. There was a daughter in there who should be 38 now but we lost her in high school. Luke is my baby.
La crêpe Myrtle est d'origine asiatique, mais maintenant largement cultivé dans le sud des États-Unis. Elle n'est pas liée à la bougainvilliers. Je vais vous envoyer une meilleure image de la fleur cluster. Bisous
