On the southeast corner of the parking area for the 41st and Riverside Park is my favorite sycamore. I would guess that a little sycamore tree got cut off near the ground and three volunteers sprouted up in its place.
Dang, my subject in art class this week is trees, woods, forest - this old tree would have been a perfect picture but I've started on another. Love it.

A great tree and a very good B&W composition!
Well done!
Beautiful picture you show :) Hanne Bente
That is one beautiful picture! Looks so good in black and white.
You made a beautiful winter picture. That is a great tree!
I would guess you're right about the origin of this triple trunk tree.
Nice choice, the b&w on that picture : great composition !
Beautiful b&w!

Wonderful b&w shot!
:)
I tell people that I know the owner of that tree, for some reason they look at me strangely.
Nice shot.
What a great tree - I'm not surprised you like it so much. Lovely photo.
