Jefferson Barracks Bridge Over the Mississippi River

The Jefferson Barracks Bridge is a pair of bridges that span the Mississippi River on the south side of St. Louis, Missouri. Both bridges are 909-foot (277 m) long steel arch bridges and carry traffic for Interstate 255.

Sue and I drove from Chicago across the Mississippi south to Lebanon, Missouri where we will spend the night.  We should be back home tomorrow (Friday) afternoon.

You do seem to have a tremendous number of bridges in your neck of the woods. I like bridges.

Who says engineering is not an artistic profession? Those are some elegant spans.
