Skywatch Friday


Here is a photo from our trip last month down old Route 66 to Santa Fe. Enjoy a blustery day at the Pecos National Park.

Yes Julie, it is snow. Although Pecos only averages 11 inches of rain per year, some of it does fall as snow. The altitude of pecos is about 6200 feet. We were surprised too.

I love Route 66, I love New Mexico and I loved statying for several days in the Pecos Mts.
