Thursday Challenge - Flowers


This weeks challenge is "flowers".   That's an easy one for me.  I have 20 rose bushes planted in 24 inch resin pots around the perimeter of a wooden deck behind my house.  When they all bloom at once they put on quite a show.

I was unaware that roses could grow successfully in pots - I'd hate to be the one with the watering can.

It takes about 10 minutes a day to water everything from a garden hose. Then a little longer to remove spent blooms and talk to them. They do better if they are encouraged.

Smart man to use a hose. Living where I do, I don't have the use of one. Thus, I'm comparing my seven planters to your load. I don't talk to my plants, I leave the French window open and let them listen to the radio!!!
