The area immediately south of Tulsa's old Central Park had succumbed to urban blight. Beginning in 1994 the City of Tulsa began to buy up the nine acres between the park and Oak Lawn Cemetery. In 1999 a developer was selected to build town houses in the area. The result was The Village. These residences are both ultra modern in construction and convenience yet are very traditional Georgian-style town homes faced in brick. I'm imagining those houses are going to cost quite a lot of money.
What sort of price would, say, a 3 bedroom go for? Sounds a lovely, convenient place to live.

They look very attractive, but they aren't cheap. I think its like when Vanderbilt bought his yacht, "If you have to ask the price you probably can't afford it."
