Magnificent colours with the "rainbow" beetle against the marigold. Lovely capture.
That Japanese beetle is a very handsome fellow but I'm guessing he's an illegal immigrant? Is he loved or loathed in the garden?
Lots of shine in that beetle. Nicely caught with that marigold as a background.

Hi Bill! Enjoyed looking at all the eye candy you've been posting. The flowers are delicious! Not so this beetle... had one just like it flying around me yesterday, and it gave me the willies! LOL!
