Black & White Weekend - The Blue Rose

The Blue Rose is a great place to kick back, relax, and enjoy fine food.  The restaurant features a large patio area constructed on piers overlooking the Arkansas River.

No Leedslass, its not your imagination. But, if your comment was generated by looking at the river, well....thats not necessarily a good indicator. The river and its flow/level is a complicated and controversial topic in Tulsa...
