Pedestrian Walk and Low-Water Dam over the Arkansas River .
The water above the dam is Zinc Lake, intended to be the first in a series of such lakes. These lakes, created by low water dams and other improvements in the Tulsa corridor, will make the Arkansas River more attractive and usable year round.
Love the contrast of the straight bridge and the curve of the weir, well suited to monochrome too. Happy New year from across the state.
