I like those kind of skies! We tend to get too many of the ones that look as though they're going to do what they threaten and then open up with a vengeance.
I have to add to my first comment that we have had soaring temperatures, as high as 30 degrees, for this past couple of weeks - I LOVE IT - but now some of us Brits are beginning to moan "it's too hot". We're never satisfied.
I like your dramatic but waterless clouds.
