Crepe Myrtle

I planted these last spring and they are looking good. There are five of them around two sides of the deck and I will try and let them grow tall enough to make an arbor around the deck. I am admiring them as I sit out on the deck grilling steaks for my son Luke's birthday.

These "shrubs" look absolutely beautiful. They remind me of cotoneasters.
