Weekend Reflections - Rain at Last
Today we had a long slow steady rain and temperatures were in the 60's. What a relief! Here at the 41st Street Riverpark are my favorite Sycamore trees. May you enjoy good weather wherever you are.
Congrats! It's good for a cool down, great for the plants and great for reflections! It rained here last week for the first time since I got back in May.
Oh my, it seems as though it's been raining since May here in England. Torrential downpours last evening with thunderstorm accompaniment across Yorkshire. My son is popping round this afternoon to guide me through the central heating system of the new pad - it's definitely required.
Here in Texas we are DESPERATE for rain as this was both the hottest & driest summer on record here - it's great to see a cityscape with non flooding rain!
Thanks for sharing your images.. they always have the effect of relaxing me and slowing my mind down just enough! KUDOS

I tell Heather that those are Bill's trees.
ReplyDeleteNice moment in a day to go into reflection hunting... Your shot has something very peaceful, in fact.
