Home Again, Home Again
We made it home about 2 PM this afternoon. Our faithful dog Smokey was very glad to see us, and we to see him. Be it ever so humble, there's no place like home.
Amen....There is no place like home....even if it is in disrepair. I mustered up enough nerve to climb the steps to the hayloft in our barn and it not look too good. We have a leak and it is doing al sorts of damage. The tragedy is we cannot afford to reroof the old barn.This is one beautiful shot. You did a wonderful job capturing the essence of the scene. It is so nice to see this weekend when we are all suffering from the loss of a loved one in 9-11. genie

Oh how I agree with you, it's lovely to go away but oh so much better to get home and into your own bed.
