Sorry, Bill. I retrieved the Reflections post to wait until I got up on the Saturday to consider my text further. I have just re-published.
Now to your SWF post. How did I miss this yesterday. I guess there are just so many to riffle through.
We don't get many skies that that in Sydney. If we get rain it is more often from towering cumulo-nimbus. You appear to have taken the photo from a sub-division in progress although it is a bit dull to say with certainty. The line of lights is effective as are the two trees standing as stark sentinels.
Actually this was taken less than a mile from my home. The construction you see in the foreground is the renovation of the 41st Street playground on the Riverpark that runs the length of the Arkansas River as it passes through Tulsa. You will find that the river appears rather frequently in my blog.
beautiful evening skies! I scrolled down a ways and all of your pictures are great -- no words needed.
ReplyDeleteI would call that a lowering sky.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful sky, thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteWe get similar clouds a lot, I think it means the cold is coming.
ReplyDeleteOr not.
I'm not a good meteorologist!
